Prior to embracing UK Connect's Connectivity solutions in 2018, Cala Group, like many housebuilders, relied on traditional wired infrastructure such as Copper and Fibre Broadband. However, the installation process for these solutions often took months. UK Connect's Cellular Broadband solution offered a game-changing alternative, enabling Cala Group to have full Connectivity and fast Communication within a few days of installation.
In addition to the Cellular Broadband solution, Cala Group will now benefit from UK Connect's range of flexible Managed I.T. solutions. These solutions are secure, scalable, Enterprise-grade and future-proof, aligning with Cala Group's business objectives.
Under this exclusive national deal, UK Connect will provide Cala Group with the following services:
Fully Managed Connectivity Services: UK Connect will take full responsibility for the end-to-end deployment and ongoing support of the Connectivity solutions and product portfolio on Cala Group construction sites. This includes day one Connectivity through Cradlepoint's 5G Enterprise-Grade routers, wireless Connectivity powered by a partnership with Ruckus networks, VoIP telephony solutions, and onsite I.T. hardware. Cradlepoint is renowned as the world's foremost expert in wireless Edge solutions, while Ruckus is at the forefront of Communications technology, delivering advanced Wi-Fi networks.
Comprehensive set-up: UK Connect will ensure the seamless installation, set-up and configuration of all onsite Connectivity resources for Cala Group, ensuring a smooth start from day one.
24/7 Support: UK Connect will provide 24/7 proactive and reactive support through a Network Operations Centre (NOC) and I.T. Support Helpdesk. Cala Group will have access to an always-on service, bolstered by UK Connect's national network of professional engineering teams, available around the clock to meet their nationwide connectivity needs.
