Meet PJ, our CEO & Founder. With 10+ years of experience in the Connectivity industry, PJ drives UK Connect's growth and development. His passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service and providing best-in-class Connectivity solutions for business growth. When not revolutionising the industry, PJ cherishes moments with his family and takes to the skies, enjoying his love for flying helicopters.

Jon Orpen joined UK Connect in 2022 as CFO, bringing over 20 years of finance and accounting expertise. With a background in global brands like B&Q and GAME, Jon excels in driving financial growth and improving efficiency. As CFO, Jon oversees all financial aspects, including planning, analysis and reporting. He collaborates closely with the executive team to meet financial objectives and support growth. Jon develops and implements policies to ensure compliance and manages relationships with stakeholders. With a track record of success, Jon fosters financial discipline and transparency. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, fast cars, cycling, and sailing.

Joe, our CTO, leads our team in delivering world-class Connectivity projects, systems integration and custom solutions. With 10+ years in the Connectivity and networking sector, Joe oversees the full project lifecycle, from discovery to implementation. He drives innovation, develops new products and handles complex projects and key clients. Outside work, he's a dedicated family man and an avid Manchester United supporter.

Caroline is an essential member of the Finance Team, driving commercial improvement and ensuring strong financial control. Her responsibilities encompass all finance functions, from maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers to managing cash control, preparing financial statements, invoices, and contracts. Caroline has achieved MAAT status through her Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting and plays a vital role in realising UK Connect's vision and goals. When not at work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets, as well as attending social events. She is also a proud horse owner.

Hannah is an experienced Account Director with a decade of experience in the Connectivity service provider space. She manages UK Connect's key accounts across various sectors, consulting businesses on how to better utilise their Connectivity investment to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and being in nature with her half-Bengal cat, Milo.

Kate started as Executive Assistant to PJ, our CEO & Founder, in 2019. Now, as Head of Internal Operations, she ensures UK Connect runs smoothly across departments and teams and promotes a positive company culture. Kate has a wealth of experience in business operations and adhering to our standards. She enjoys spending time with her cats, Goomba and Boo, and indulging in gin, chocolate and video games with family and friends.
