1. Scope

We work with you to understand your technology needs and business goals, ensuring the solution is the right fit. Our in-house experts create a clear design showing the recommended technology and how it supports your objectives. You review it with us, and we refine the plan until it meets your requirements.

2. Design

This stage turns your high-level plan into a detailed delivery blueprint. We may carry out wireless and cabling surveys, assess existing infrastructure, or check security against Cyber Essentials standards. The result is a comprehensive Low-Level Design showing exactly how your solution will be built.

3. Implement

We pre-configure your hardware to ensure accuracy and reduce onsite delays. Our in-house nationwide Field Technicians will complete a high-quality installation, followed by onsite commissioning to finalise and ensure everything runs seamlessly.

4. Verify

We verify your new solution delivers the performance and security you expect through comprehensive testing. If needed, we fine-tune the setup and then fully document everything as an as-built solution.

5. Monitor

Our Farnbourough-based Network Operations Centre runs 24/7, with analysts continuously monitoring and optimising performance across all your sites. We proactively identify and resolve most issues before they reach you, and if on-site support is needed, we can arrange an engineer for the next business day.

Having the field engineering credits readily available has given us increased flexibility at times when we need engineers on site or in one of our regional offices. The quality of work completed by the engineers has been great, feels like an extension of our own resource. Very useful when you have more than one location to cover.
